Steppin' Out Basic Dance

Learn & practice basic steps for a variety of dances, including line dancing, cha cha and more!

Enjoy gentle exercise activities to help increase joint flexibility and range of motion and maintain muscle strength. The official exercise program of the American ARthritis Association, this 6 week program will be conducted by instructor, Annette Farrell, RN.
